The Neuse Regional Library offers Outbound Services to patrons in assisted living facilities. This program is designed to reach outside the library to ensure that all members of the community can enjoy its materials and services. This free program provides books books on CD and DVDs to residents living at facilities that otherwise may not have access to these materials.
