Yo Chi Series
What is Yo-Chi? It’s a fusion of Tai Chi and Yoga at a beginner level. Yo-Chi combines the world’s two oldest mind-body disciplines, Yoga and T’ai Chi, to create a unique, effective movement experience. LaVerne Robinson will be leading a 4-week long Yo-Chi series beginning Monday, January 6 at 6:00 p.m. Registration is required and participants are welcome to bring your own mats.
