ECU & NRL Link and Learn Program

To participate in the Digital Bridges program stop by your local branch of the Neuse Regional Libraries to check out a hotspot.  Hotspots can be checked out for a three-week duration.  A $10 refundable deposit is required.

Learning sessions are held on the first Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. at the Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library or by appointment through the Literacy Without Barriers program.  The sessions will include information on

  • Basic computer skills
  • Online safety and privacy
  • How to search and find trusted information online
